Our Business
Our company was founded by Joseph J. Pacocha in 1993 as a sole proprietorship. Upon start up, we began offering various lawn maintenance and snow management services. After a few short years in the business, we were asked to partner and eventually become sole owners of 4 local area landscape contractors that were in need of our management systems and qualified personnel. Our hard work and ever growing reputation proved to be a success!
Even though we have always offered snow removal services, it wasn't until 1995 that we began the "long road" to elevating our winter service level and continuing industry education. We are very proud members of SIMA (Snow & Ice Management Association). We continually attend industry trade shows, educational seminars and network with landscape and snow management contractors locally and nationwide to ensure our customers are receiving the very best value for their investment. Our snow operations began by performing basic snow plowing and sidewalk snow shoveling at many of our lawn maintenance customers residences. Over the years we have grown to provide winter related services for many successful commercial, industrial and retail properties in the greater Chicagoland area. Such services include snow plowing, snow re-location(on or off-site via heavy equipment), parking lot de-icing, sidewalk snow shoveling, sidewalk de-icing and the ability to provide our clients various win/win contract choices that can be crafted to meet any budget.
In 2001, we were very fortunate to have Lea Pacocha (Joe's wife) join our team as office manager. She continues to provide extremely high levels of customer service that goes without comparison.
